A graduate of the University of Rhode Island ('95, BA in Communications), Andy first cultivated a unique understanding of ETF products and the nuances of "best ex" soon after becoming a member of the American Stock Exchange in 1999. In 2002, while serving as a floor broker specializing in ETFs, Andy was elected a principal and Managing Director of Amex member firm Progressive Securities, where he was instrumental in expanding that firm's presence serving institutional customers active within the ETF market.
In December 2008, Andy joined WallachBeth Capital, where he now co-manages one of the Industry's most respected ETF trade execution desks; one that's widely-regarded for its innovative approach to sourcing liquidity and its commitment to the highest standards of best execution within the ETF marketplace.
Andy's 10+ years of experience working on behalf of a broad spectrum of leading "buy-side" and "sell- side" firms has made him a recognized thought-leader on the topic of ETF trading and a sought-after expert speaker and panelist for a wide assortment of securities industry conferences. Andy appears on CNBC, Bloomberg Radio, and he’s been profiled in among other publications, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, "TradersMagazine", "InsideETFs" , “Canadian ETF Watch”, “NAAIM Active Manager”

A 20-year veteran of the securities industry, Mike started his career as a specialist clerk on the American Stock Exchange and subsequently held senior brokerage operations, client relationship and trade facilitation roles for ASE firms specializing in ETF's and exchange-listed options. In 2004, Mike was recruited by FM Brokerage LLC to manage client service and trading booth operations and became a partner in 2006. In early 2009, Mike and his partners from FM joined WallachBeth Capital LLC to launch WallachBeth's ETF cash desk, and currently co-heads the firm's ETF team.
In January of 2012, Mike relocated to London to spearhead the opening of our European operation, WallachBeth International ("WBI") via a joint venture with UK-based NSBO Ltd. Mike and his team at WBI now provide block execution in ETFs serving institutional clients from all over the world.
Mike graduated from Manhattan College and received his MBA in Financial Management from Pace University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 55, and 63 licenses.

A former Captain of the University of Virginia Basketball Team (Class of '00), Willie was recruited by Citigroup upon graduation where he served as an institutional derivatives wire clerk for Citi's trading floor operations. Two years later, Willie joined FM Brokerage LLC, an American Stock Exchange floor brokerage, and over the course of seven years, he rose to the role of Partner. Willie joined WallachBeth Capital LLC in early 2009 as Managing Director, and co-heads our firm's ETF execution team. Willie holds FINRA Series 7, 55 and 63 licenses.
Proudest moment: Being selected to play in the 1996 McDonald’s High School All American game.
Toughest challenge: Watching for years my best friend fight (and beat) cancer when we were 18.
Greatest inspiration: People that lay down their lives for what they believe in and never stop fighting.
Perfect vacation: With my wife (Ivonne) and two children (Diego & Lucia); somewhere on a beach with the option for some adventure as well.. Hiking, biking, and jogging.

Scott’s trading market career extends back to 1996, where he was first recruited by Timber Hill Group. Scott joined FM Brokerage LLC in 1997, and was appointed a Partner of that firm in 2002, and in 2004 became a Managing Member. Scott served in that role until joining WallachBeth Capital LLC in early 2009. Scott is a graduate of the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce (Class of ‘96) and holds the FINRA Series 7, 55 and 63 licenses.
